    Steps of cultivation

    1. Prepare growth medium and generously moisten the surface 

    2. Distribute seeds evenly and avoid partial clusters

    3. Moisten the seeds extensively with water atomizer or, if desired, soak the entire growing medium for 10 minutes  

    4. Cover with any cover and weigh it down (e.g. two baking stones), store in a dark place  

    5. Very long germination, it occurs in 3 - 4 days 

    6. Remove cover and transfer to aquaponics system

    7. The ripe microgreens can be harvested after at least 14 days

    8. Harvesting should take place in the morning or evening due to cooler temperatures
