Steps of cultivation
- Prepare growth medium and generously moisten the surface
- Distribute seeds evenly and avoid partial accumulations, moisten
- Cover and weigh down with any cover (e.g. a baking stone), store in a dark place
- Germination occurs in 2 - 3 days
- Remove cover and transfer to aquaponics system
- If the leaves only turn green slowly, the exposure time must be extended
- The ripe microgreens can be harvested after 10 to 14 days
