Steps of cultivation
- Wash seeds briefly first
- Then transfer the seeds to the sprouting container of your choice
- The sprouts must be soaked in water 2 to 3 times every day and then turned so that air can circulate
- After 1 to 2 days the seeds will sprout and after 3 days they will be ready to harvest
- Wash the sprouts with cool, clear water after harvesting and store them in a cool place
