Steps of cultivation
- First wash the seeds briefly and then place them in clear, cool water
- Soak for 8 hours
- After soaking, dab the seeds and transfer them to the sprouting container of your choice
- The sprouts must be soaked with water twice every day and then turned so that air can circulate
- The seeds are ready to harvest after 6 days
- Wash the sprouts with cool, clear water after harvesting and store them in a cool place
