Steps of cultivation
- First wash the seeds briefly and then soak them in clear, cold water for 4 to 12 hours
- Then dab the seeds and then transfer them to the sprouting container of your choice
- The sprouts must be soaked with water twice every day for 10 minutes and then turned so that air can circulate
- The sprouts are ready to harvest after 2 to a maximum of 4 days
- Wash the sprouts with cool, clear water after harvesting and store them in a cool place
