Steps of cultivation
- Wash seeds briefly first, soaking is not necessary
- Transfer the seeds to the sprouting container of your choice
- The sprouts must be soaked with water once every day for 20 minutes and then turned so that air can circulate
- The seeds sprout after 5 days and are ready to harvest after a maximum of 16 days
- Wash the sprouts with cool, clear water after harvesting and store them in a cool place
