- Sprouts made of glass or plastic

Steps of cultivation
- First wash the seeds briefly and then place them in clear, cool water
- Soak for 6 to 12 hours
- After soaking, dab the seeds and transfer them to the sprouting container of your choice
- The sprouts must be soaked with water 2 to 3 times every day and then turned so that air can circulate
- After 1 to 2 days the seeds will sprout and after 5 to 6 days they will be ready to harvest
- Wash the sprouts with cool, clear water after harvesting and store them in a cool place
