Steps of cultivation
1. Soak seeds in cold water for 12 to 16 hours, then drain seeds
2. Prepare growth medium and generously moisten the surface
3. Distribute seeds evenly and avoid partial accumulations, moisten
4. Cover and weigh down with any cover (e.g. a paving stone)
5. Germination occurs in 2 - 3 days
6. Remove cover and transfer to aquaponics system
7. After 12 to 16 days, the ripe microgreens can be harvested
